Köszönöm, hogy itt vagytok.
Azért sétálunk ma, mert 44-ben 82 évvel ezelőtt kellett ezen az útvonalon kellett elhagynia Cserépfalut két családnak. És én és most már ti is végigmentek ezen az úton, vagy egy részén is akár. Aztán jobb lesz majd nektek. Az országban 1944 óta nem változott semmi. Újra náci párt ül a Parlamentben. Neonáci karlendítős figurákat választanak meg képviselőnek, politikusaink egytől egyig számító emberek, akik érdekből barátkoznak gyűlölnek szeretnek, utálnak és uszítanak. Ez az igazság.
Mi volt vajon 1944 igazsága? Igaza volt-e a cserépi embernek aki az üres házba bement és elvitte a zsidók bútorait? Van-e igazság egyáltalán?
Innen, Cserépfaluból szakították ki Groszmann Lilit és Palit, Schwarcz Évit, Gyurkát és Imrét. Gyerekek voltak. A szüleiket meggyilkolták, mert zsidók voltak. A házaikat kirabolták, a bútoraikat széthordták. És utána sokan úgy tettek, mintha semmi nem történt volna.
De a gonosz mégsem győzött 1944-ben.
Groszmann Gyuri és apja Miklós is megmenekült. Ezért lehet ma itt Hanna, Yaara és a leszármazottak. Csodálatos emberek. Minden ember egy csoda.
Most zajlik az igazság, ezek a pillanatok mind igazak. És annak is igaza van, aki elfordul és nem érdekli az igazság.
1944 újra itt van velünk, embereket bélyegeznek meg, uszítanak egymás ellen, gyűlöletet csinálnak az életből. Engem itt, Cserépfaluban nyílt fórumon küldtek el a francba, mondván, hogy nem itt születtem. Itt érzem a bőrömön a megalázást. Ezek újra meg újra elő fognak fordulni. Mert mindenkinek igaza van. A gonosznak is.
Nem élhetünk tudatlanságban, írjuk Istvánnal 12 éve. De. Sajnos a tudatlanság maga a kényelem, egy kis erőszakkal meghintve pedig maga az élet igazsága.
Ez a mai séta igazsága.

Then it will be better for you. Nothing has changed in this country since 1944. A Nazi party is sitting in Parliament again. Neo-Nazi figures with swing arms are elected as representatives, our politicians are all people who make friends, hate, love, hate and incite for their own interests. This is the truth.
What was the truth of 1944? Was the man from Cserép right who went into the empty house and took the Jews’ furniture? Is there any truth at all?
From here, from Cserépfalu, they tore Lili and Pal Groszmann, Évi Schwarcz, Gyurka and Imre out. They were children. Their parents were murdered because they were Jews. Their houses were looted, their furniture was scattered. And after that, many acted as if nothing had happened.
But evil still did not win in 1944.
Gyuri Groszmann and his father Miklos were also saved. That is why Hanna, Gilad, Yaara and their descendants can be here today. They are wonderful people. Every person is a miracle.
The truth is happening now, these moments are all true. And those who turn away and are not interested in the truth are also right.
1944 is here with us again, people are being branded, incited against each other, they are making hatred out of life. Here, in Cserépfalu, they sent me to hell in an open forum, saying that I was not born here. I feel the humiliation on my skin here. These things will happen again and again. Because everyone is right. Evil is right too.
We cannot live in ignorance, István and I have been writing for 12 years. But. Unfortunately, ignorance is comfort, and with a little violence, it is the truth of life.
